Description

Do you have a product or service you’d like to sell outside Japan? How good are you at describing your product or service in English?

In this seminar, you’ll learn and practice some useful English for international marketing. The 90-minute seminar will cover three main areas:

1. Analysing market trends
What are the strongest brands in Japan right now? Which Japanese products and services have the greatest potential to succeed globally? You’ll pick up some key English phrases for describing the latest marketing trends.

2. Discussing marketing strategy
You’ll then study some brands that successfully engage with consumers. Which marketing channels are they using? How are they positioned? How do they speak to their customers? You’ll use English to evaluate these different approaches.

3. Marketing communications
In the final part of the seminar, you’ll learn some tips for writing effective marketing copy in English. You’ll then apply these ideas to craft a short piece of compelling copy for your business.

To participate fully in this seminar, you’ll need to have at least an intermediate level of English.

This seminar is for you if:
- Your job involves marketing a product or service globally using English.
- Your job involves marketing an international brand within Japan.
- You’re a student and you’re considering a career in international marketing.
